So, here's a self-care tip that's not just for you; it's also a nudge to myself! Instead of my usual 7-15 minute meditation, I'm keeping things breezy on the road with a quick daily breathing exercise. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ


Allow me to introduce you to "Box Breathing." ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธAlso known as square breathing or four-square breathing, it's a simple relaxation technique that follows a specific breathing pattern (details โฌ‡๏ธ in image). This practice has been a game-changer for reducing stress and cultivating a deep sense of calm.
